Elena Crosdale

Elena is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Class I Honors) from Newcastle University. She has 5 years experience working as a clinical dietitian in adult nutrition and has held positions working as a Senior Dietitian in a major private rehabilitation hospital in Sydney, as well as private practice positions in both Sydney and the Mid North Coast. Elena also has experience working alongside a number of specialists doctors, including Endocrinologists including Dr Soji Swaraj to assist patients with insulin resistance, Diabetes and PCOS.

Elena has considerable experience in, and enjoys working in the areas of general nutrition, Gastro-intestinal conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome and the Low FODMAP Diet, Sports Nutrition, Weight Management, PCOS and Diabetes.

In todays society we are exposed to vast amounts of information and as a result diet and nutrition can be very daunting and confusing. Elenas passion lies in giving people the right tools and knowledge to reach their goals, no matter how big or small, and help improve their quality of life. Elena believes in an individual approach to health and nutrition, as no two people are alike and therefore dont have the same dietary requirements or goals.

Elena has always been interested in Health and Fitness, swimming competitively until age 14 and participating in a number of sporting and gym activities including fun runs, half marathons and triathlons. She is also a Gym Instructor therefore understands the importance of combining diet and exercise to achieve goals.

Elena is looking forward to meeting all her Newcastle clients and is dedicated to helping you meet your diet related goals!

Kent Hatchwell B.A Exercise and Sport Science ESSAM AEP

Kent is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who also has a passion for improving lives. He has headed up Rays program in the Hunter Valley for almost 2 years and his results speak for themselves. Just this year he will have stripped over 4000kg off his patients, and thats with putting them through a single supervised exercise session. His experience is quite extensive and many patients that see him will have one or more of the following: high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, obesity, poor strength/balance/mobility, high cholesterol, polycystic ovarian syndrome, sleep apnea and depression.

In his coaching sessions you will learn how to turn your life around in the fastest and safest way possible. From increasing fitness, to improving injuries Kent will have you performing better right away!
